Interesting idea. I guess those who like diapers would be turned on. Do you think it would turn just any girl on, or would they think you have a problem when they see your diaper?
Have you ever overflowed your diaper in public, or on purpose?
Doesn't it swell and show as you walk or bend over? Oh, I guess you wouldn't mind that anyway. Also, guys pants are much tighter that womens. There is no where to go in most of our jeans. It actually can add to the trill of pooping, with all of that resistance. I still prefer the skirt and panties.
