I'm not sure if you've seen any of my previous responses to your messages or emails - it sounds as if you haven't. Basically, there was a large amount of abuse on my message board a little while ago, all of it from the same network. Unfortunately, the only way to block further attacks on the message board was to temporarily block that particular IP address from posting on the board.
I have apologised already several times before about the need to do this, and have explained this need a good many times.
