Try taking multi vitamins then letting small squirts into white underwear. If you want to, wear them for three or four days and just let a squirt or two out each day, then if you want the stains to be permeant don’t wash them for about a week or more. When I was about twelve my mum started me on multi vitamins. I was always letting out small squirts into my undies after going to the toilet but they just about never stained until I started on the multi vitamins. The first time I saw the very very yellow pee stain in my white undies I was hooked. I guess my mum either liked it or it never bothered her as she always bought me white underwear and never got angry.
