I've had 'pee-lock' (dissynergy or some such) a number of times. A few people get a kinked urethra when too full. For me it's emotional--unfamiliar situations set it off. We get very well trained to not pee in bed, in front of the opposite sex, etc. I've dated a couple women who had pee-lock around guys (one trained herself out of it). Naturally, I prefered the two who prefered me to watch them.
