Rest assured that the vast majority of them will not think bad of you for going to the restroom so often. Do you have any idea how many times we go to the restroom in a day?
Third....
The girl that says hello could be doing 1 of several things. Maybe she's just being friendly, maybe she thinks you're cute, maybe she wants to talk.
Please, Please, Please don't be ashamed of having to pee. Everybody has to go at one time or another during every single day. Some just have to go more than others.
Most people probably won't even notice.
