When I was about ten I remember a girl called Judy in my class wet herself on a couple of accasions. The first time she tried to make it to the classroom door, failed and made a huge puddle on the floor while she tried to open the door - since it opened inwards (probaly a fire hazard nowadays) she hda to stop and couldn't simply run at it and expect it to open.
The other time was even better. Our chairs were the ones with moulded plastic seats and a letter-box shaped hole inthe back so you could pick up the chairs to stack them. Judy was sitting at the desk on the other side of the aisle in a French lesson. She'd looked a bit "hot and bothered" and preoccupied throughout the lesson and kept figeting. I was too young to recognise the signs of desperation. Suddenly, as the lesson was about to end, she rammed her hand between her legs (most un-ladylike) and blushed almost fluorescent pink (the colour of one of theose highlighter pens). There was an unbelievably loud hissing noise. Strangely, Judy made no attempt to get out of her seat. Instead the "bowl" of the seat base filled up with pee which then began to pour out of the hole in the backrest. The air was filled with the acrid smell of pee. Mrs Johnson (the teacher) rushed up to her and tried to hide the scene from the rest of us (especially the boys) - but she was way too late :-)
