A lot of positive experiences and warm memories come from most everyone's childhood. And most people interested in watersports got their start in childhood. One cannot help but get extremely aroused thinking about those early memories, but as long as you don't approach anyone underaged, and as long as you don't intentionally hurt someone who's young...it's perfectly fine to fantasize IMHO.
I personally remember some cheerleaders on my Junior High cheerleading squad in 6th and 7th grade who couldn't last the whole game, so they devised a uniform that allowed them to pee their undies without anyone knowing...except me, because I caught one of them (Cathy...I think) doing it during practice, so they let me in on their little secret.
I still get aroused thinking about those days...but that doesn't mean I'm going to go track down Junior High cheerleaders and force myself on them, or make them wet themselves or anything!
