Lots of fetishwear sites sell them, they're called enema-plugs and they're mostly made by Denber in the UK (who are a fantastic source of cheap rubber gear, they wholesale to all the other fetish places).
They also do an inflatable enema plug, and one linked to a penis sheath so you give yourself a piss enema.
