Yes. Every time we remotely login and repair a Playstation 3, we are legally required to make a complete copy of the contents in order to comply with Safe Harbor laws. Basically, if there is illegal content on the device, and we did not find it or report it, we ourselves would be liable for your crimes! I hope you understand. Fortunately, the copying process begins as soon as we are notified of the problem, which has already occurred. This means it is too late to delete any files.
