Leaving dirty nappies around = littering.
showing off your CLEAN diaper in public is NOT a normal thing to do, same same showing off your boxers/y-fronts would be.
but it's much less accepted by the general public.
showing off a DIRTY diaper is obvious why it would offend most people.
