Just bring a change with your lunch. They can't legally hassle you. You don't have to tell anyone anything, or show anyone anything. 'Course, they can also just fire you, and then you are trespassing.
I informed my manager that she was welcome to check my bag on the day that she decided not to trust me. She decided not to trust me, and I got fired. It happens. *shrug*
