Find out if your state is a "right to work" state. If it's not, then you can be terminated for any/ or no reason at all. Spot checks are allowed by employers, if you have access to merchandise to maintain acceptable shrinkage levels by employers. The thing you can do is carry your diaper changes, in a duffle bag and have them examine it, weigh for example and when you come in and leave, it "should" weigh less than when you arrived, if you're changing and not putting your wet diaper/nappy back in.
If your organization has a union, check with your union reps and see what your rights are under your union contract.
If you find all these suggestions foolish, your last option is to contact the EEOC and see if you have any rights under Federal Law.
