Well,I've waited a day and no other LGs have responded,I hope you don't mind a response from a Daddy's perspective (though of course your own is the one whose perspective you care about!).
I tend to idealize the ABgirl more than the older girl you like to play,though naturally any relationship grows out of what the couple share regardless of their preconceptions.
Thus,the girl's role is "helpless" rather than "naughty",and though I have no attraction to bladder control loss of a non-erotic origin I find it delightful if a woman is willing to cultivate genuine loss of control as part of her relationship,it's a very precious sacrifice.I see accomodating and caring for a girl who can't help wetting as a more comfortable thing than enduring a girl who is doing things just because she can get away with them.(Your willingness to wait for changes is certainly more welcome than the sassy types who want to make Daddy hop to their tune and change them at once though!).
I certainly see some variation on what the girl wears (role housewear can't work in public,especially if she has a job!) but for her to wear big-girl panties should have a certain inevitability that she'll demonstrate that diapers are where she belongs...it makes the role that much deeper and the bond stronger.
Does helplessness turn you off?...would a genuine "accident" give you a negative feeling rather than a shivering thrill?
