I don't think that baby-like helplessness turns me off, per se; it's just not my thing. As for 'genuine accidents', that's no problem; I have them quite often. Not so much because of any lack of control (although I don't have the strongest bladder in the world, that's for certain!) but simply because I'm so used to just letting go and doing it in my pants that sometimes I find I'm doing it without really being aware of having decided to be 'naughty'. Just - I like to think - like a real 'little girl'; so focused on something else that her knickers are wet or dirty before she's really thought about heading for the potty!
