Shane is getting a massage from Joy, just relaxing and enjoying the massage. That is, until she asks if he wants a happy ending. Shane has never gotten a massage with a "happy ending" so he doesn't know what he's in for. Then again, neither does Joy. As Joy goes to finish her client off, she discovers he's in a diaper! Well, she can't resist having a little fun with that and forces Shane to wet himself. He's hesitant at first, but finally gives in to her demands and wets his diaper for her. She also can't leave him there in a wet diaper, so to complete his humiliation, she also changes him into a fresh, dry diaper.
