Try this: Find a nice soft rubber ball a little smaller than a tennis ball. You can find them in toy stores, dollar stores, and even the toy section of the super market. It should be nice and soft. Put the ball in you panties after you shower in the morning and ware it all day. You are being a little naughty and no one knows that you have a ball in your pantie.
The ball in your panties does not smell and there is no clean up. It is a little like having a dry poop there to keep you company all day. No one knows that you are naughty.
