OK WT, here are my answers...
(1) I'd wear something black and quick drying
(2) I never wet accidentally (just get loads of pain) so if I wasn't allowed to go, I'd have to leak slowly from the start to stop the pressure building up too much
(3) How would I do it? Slowly enough to be absorbed but often enough to never dry (no puddle technique)
(4) How often - see answer to (2)
