It's not clear how much in control you really are. And what you do next really depends on this.
There seems to be several elements. Firstly yoiu are getting off on the attention you are getting - fine that's understandable after your accident and all. You need attention and I'm sure Sally will give it to you whatever. If you both come to enjoy wet sex, and you to enjoy pants wetting, as I do, go ahead and enjoy it.
The problem arises over control. If you cannot be dry whne you want or need to this could be a problem which is bad for your life, prosperity etc, here some help from the Dr. is probably a good idea, but you don't need to tell him about the fun part.
Use the doctor and all his skills to give yourself the CHOICE to be wet or dry. And then choose whichever, and whenever is appropriate. You will then be in the enviable position of being able to get away with 'accidents' more easily than most people.
