I usually use a small clamp on the cath. Its made of surgical steel and is in the shape of an A,with a hole through the center of it for the hose to pas through. This way you can control the flow. I have left the clamp closed until my bladder felt like it was going to burst. Then opened it and sprayed piss everywhere.
This is somethin that I used to do witth my partners. We would botth hold it as long as possible then open the clamp and piss against each others piss. Sort of a game to see whose force was stronger. Usually it just ended up at a standstill,with the piss going no where,and the pain in the bladder increasing.
It's a real turnon for one of us to have an empty bladder and the other to have a very full bladder. Then relaese the clamp and force a hard stream into the empty one.
Since the piss is supposed to come out and not it, the feeling is terrific.
I ahvent done too much cath. playing in the past couple years though.
One of my girlfriends is a nurse and an has access
to all the equiptmnet, o now that the subject has been approached I just might have her get some ,and get back into it again.
