I've read a lot of the stories on this board, and have enjoyed both the real and fictional ones.
My favorite accident theme is definitely "wetting pants at school."
I often have this fantasy myself about wetting my pants at school, or watching someone in class lose control.
I think this is the ultimate humiliation because not only is the accident public, but you are in front of all your friends, enemies, and other classmates. These people know you better than anyone else. If you pee your pants in front of them, they will never let you live it down.
