'Daddy' has just put my clean diaper on ready for bed. In my bedroom I pull on my plastic pants and pj's. I talk to you a little about what happens when I don't wear plastic pants over my diaper during the night!

When I'm all ready for bed, I snuggle under my blanket. As I do my tummy starts to rumble, but I'm not hungry, I had a snack right before having my diaper changed. I snuggle down in bed and say goodnight to you.

I'm not sure how long I'd been asleep when I woke up to a great urgency to . We've been doing a little potty training so I can start wearing big girl pullups, but I could tell there was no time to get to the toilet. I panic a little and start to feel hot. I pull of my clothes until I'm completely naked in just my diaper. I feel the coming! I need to push, I can't help it!

Squatting on my feet by body completely takes over and begins to push a big dirty mess in to my diaper. My diaper begins to sag as it's filled up!

Before I know it I'm one very smelly girl! I don't want 'Daddy' to know I've messed myself so I decide to clean myself up with out him knowing.

Laying down on my bed, I take off my dirty diaper and use lots of wetty wipes to clean myself up, before wrapping a nice clean one around myself. Feeling much better, I hide my messy diaper and climb back in to bed!
