Well,I think you'll go as far as you are still turned on,your reflexes would keep you from going further.Letting the urine out whenever there's an urge will never become an ingrained response if you are more comfortable holding on and can't suppress the instinct to hold on.You'll only lose control if you don't want to control,whether to hold back or to push...just to go with the flow until doing so is all you know.
