Everything's cool:-) Let off steam here, or you can email me privately if you wanna chat away from the glare of the internet (I'm a straight guy btw, so no hidden agendas lol!).
Regarding the thing about "without doing drink, drugs etc"...an admirable sentiment but I wouldn't rule out weed for a nice, controllable, organic altered state that may help you look at things from a slightly different angle.
Failing that, why not take off and go someplace? Just for a few days, set off on a little mission to some nice scenery - the sea, the mountains, the countryside or even the city! A change of scene can be a great catalyst to starting a new chapter of your life.
