In light of your 'nappy shopping experiences', I couldn't resist sharing an incident I had at my local superstore this lunchtime. I'm at the checkout (manned by a rather surly woman in her late forties). She didn't strike me as the sociable type yet as I'm 'packing my produce' into plastic bags she starts questioning (and I mean 'questioning') me on my current employment status - Like it's any of her business! Not in a particularly friendly way either, more curt and inquisitive. I'm like, "look lady, do you want my life history here or something, as I've only got a few minutes!" I didn't actually say that but merely remarked that I worked in Internet Porn and walked off. Once outside the store however, I found myself musing on what she may have said if I'd actually had the spunk to plonk a pack of Drynites knickers in my basket!
