I note that for most people, electric bills are HIGHER when it is WARMER. It is also during the SUMMER that there is not enough electricity to go around, because of all the AC. It would be my suggestion that energy prices would actually increase rather than decrease.

No, actually the evidence of tree rings show NO climate change.
Another question comes to mind in this idea of the sea rising. Most of the ice is UNDER the water, not above it. This is something we were all taught. Now - water EXPANDS as it freezes. If all the ice in the sea melted, and ice is actually bigger in volume than the water contained in ice... would the sea actually rise in level, or would it actually drop? Think about it.
