I have had catheter sex with my ex, and several of my g/fs. I can't ever remember doing to pee on myself but I have sipped my own pee through the cath.
What i like doing is inserting the cath in myself , then having my g/f or guy insert the other end inside themselves. Then release the clamp and allow one or the other to piss directly into the others bladder. But make very sure that nither of you have any urinary track problems that you might transmit to the other participant.
Another thing I have done, was to tape the cath hose to the inside of my leg. Then put on a pair of jeans. Then go out in pblic and just walk along until the urge hits me. Then I reach down into the jeans and squeeze the spring loaded clamp to release my flow as I walk. With a little inginuity I have cut the stitching out of the pocket in a pair of jeans just for doing this. That way I can reach into the open pocket and release the clamp without making it to obvious.
