If you are a guy, and let's say one day you went out with your girlfriend, and you found yourself stuck in a traffic jam, with your girlfriend that fell asleep right next to you. All you had was this piece of tight cloth that you could put over "it" to help you hold it in. It would be better than using your hand because that would be tiring.
